Paperless intakes
AnsweredHi, I sent out intake forms to my clients and I thought I edited the policies document to reflect the correct fee for each client. But upon reviewing, all clients received the same policy document with the fee defaulted to $100. How do I send them each an updated policy form with the correct fee, especially since I have clients with different fees?

By updating the form and sending them that one, the correct form should have been sent to clients, however, since that's not the case then I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
