A client of mine has received only 1 text reminder out of 4 appointments. I looked at the report and 2 say "sent" and 2 say "undelivered". Despite the "sent" one, she still didn't receive the reminder. I lost income as a result of this. I have checked her profile to confirm text and email reminders are on and the contact info is correct. She also was a client of a colleague who used SP and didn't have any issues receiving reminders when she was seeing that colleague, which suggests it's not an issue on her end. Where do I go from here?
