Hello, I'm reaching out because the card that our practice has always had on file to pay for Simple Practice was just declined with no issues ever before. This card is still active, nothing has changed. All of a sudden simple practice just simply stopped liking this card. There are funds, the bank says there is nothing wrong with this card. THIS IS THE BUSINESS CARD. So now I had to use my personal bank card to pay for this months subscription. PLEASE RESOLVE AND PROVIDE DIRECTION. Also, not having a phone number to call, and a person to speak to is HORRIBLE customer service.
