I've seen conflicting responses through your support team. Can new clients book online appointments through my website if I now have the New Essential plan (I previously had the original/old Essential plan.) Need instruction in how to make this operational, please.

"What happens to the Appointment-request Widget if I don't select Plus?"
The Appointment-request Widget is now only offered on the Plus plan. If you select the Essential or Starter plans, the widget will no longer be available to add to your existing website.
