I’ve been enrolled in BCBS (ORBLS Oregon) and receiving ERA payment reports for 2.5 years. Why did it break and stop receiving ERAs? My insurance settings say “enrolled”. Claims are received and paid. Six weeks now and no payment report in SP. If I need to hand enter each payment I want to make sure that once it’s fixed they’re not duplicated. How can I get attention to get it fixed? I cannot upload ERA‘s to each client file. there is more than one! That does not seem productive. I spent hours downloading payment details from Availity so I could do my books and confirm deductibles and co-pays were correct. But. Ugh. What can I expect?
