Mistaken charge
AnsweredHow do I charge my patient for the correct amount of a session from weeks ago? I want it to show the correct amount for her Superbill.

You can add a payment for your clients previous sessions by clicking the Add Payment button on the client's Overview page. If you are still need assistance with this then I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can assist. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
