the scheduling widget keeps showing errors. I followed the instructions on Weebly and simple practice. I still have 4 days left on my trial and i cant get any customer service help. I have read several reviews that there isn’t a an easy way to get a hold of you for support.

  I see that you were able to call our Customer Success Team and receive a response. I recommend creating a Help Request if you would like to continue to receive help. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
