    Hi everyone,

    Our team is currently monitoring a delay in automatic processes across our site, which include appointment reminder delivery and invoice creation. This means that some customers and clients may experience a delay in receiving appointment reminders and billing documents.
     
    In the meantime, our team will share real-time updates every 30 minutes directly on the SimplePractice Status page until this issue is resolved.
    We know how much you rely on SimplePractice, and we’re working to restore reliable feature performance as quickly as possible.
