Reminder Issue
AnsweredI am having the same issues as another subscriber: Several of my clients have not received email or text reminders. I looked at the report and they say "sent" and they are still not receiving the reminder. I have lost income as a result of this. I have confirmed profiles text and email reminders are on at with complaint.
