Outstanding Balances Report Still Inaccurate
AnsweredHi, Simple Practice,
1) The response given in the "Outstanding Balances Report Inaccurate" thread is insufficient and does NOT resolve the problems with this new format. It would be helpful if Simple Practice would publish & disseminate info on updates like this new report format so we can better understand the changing features.
2) The data in my Client Balances column on the new report is inaccurate and inconsistent. But in the new layout I can NOT find how/where to contact customer support with my questions. How do I reach customer service?
