    It also looks as though Simple Practice did not send out my invoices for yesterday's clients. Is this just my account, or a more widespread problem?

    I also received an evening summary for today this morning for clients I haven't met with. I did not receive an evening summary last night.

    our evening summary from yesterday showed up this morning and this morning's agenda did not show up at all!!!   I'm also seeing "billing" for people who haven't yet been seen today.  What's going on?  This looks like a system wide problem.

    Our team is currently monitoring a delay in automatic processes across our site, which include appointment reminder delivery and invoice creation. This means that some customers and clients may experience a delay in receiving appointment reminders and billing documents.
