    I'm having the same problem. The link for my 8am appointment was sent at 9:34am. My 12pm link was never sink even when I manually sent it

    My clinicians are complaining that clients are not getting the links either. Please advise

    Our team is currently monitoring a delay in automatic processes across our site, which include appointment reminder delivery and invoice creation. This means that some customers and clients may experience a delay in receiving appointment reminders and billing documents.
