Undelivered Reminders
AnsweredI am having trouble with random clients having "undelivered" coming up for their text reminders. It has been completely random because without fixing anything, it will work for their next appointment. But it has been happening enough that it is causing clients to miss appointments and without a notice that the messages aren't going through, I don't know they aren't getting messages until they don't show up for their appointments.
