    Same here. All day. No reminders sent or links for telehealth. All text messages in reminders report show in que.  Client reminders show in EDT zone and my practice location in UTC. I did not change anything, and this started this morning.

    Hi everyone,

    Our team is currently monitoring a delay in automatic processes across our site, which include appointment reminder delivery and invoice creation. This means that some customers and clients may experience a delay in receiving appointment reminders and billing documents.
     
    In the meantime, our team will share real-time updates every 30 minutes directly on the SimplePractice Status page until this issue is resolved.
