Will SP offer the ability to be put on a waiting list? I have many clients who want to know if a cancellation happens. It would help and save a lot of time if on the online scheduler there was a way for them to be put on a virtual waiting list for that week and be notified via email if an appointment opens up. Then they can log onto the portal and schedule that new opening.
