    Hi Diana,

    Yesterday our team was monitoring a delay in automatic processes across our site, which included appointment reminder delivery and invoice creation. This means that some customers and clients may have experienced a delay in receiving appointment reminders and billing documents. This issue was resolved on 8/3 at 2pm PST and automations have resumed their regular cadence and all delayed automations have been processed. Thank you for your patience!
