    I just had a client who didn't get a text reminder as well.

    Hi!

    I also have clients telling me that they aren't getting reminders. One of my regulars just no-showed and when I followed up they said they didn't get a reminder.

    Yes, that has been happening to me as well today!  Including a no-show!

    Hi everyone,

    Yesterday our team was monitoring a delay in automatic processes across our site, which included appointment reminder delivery and invoice creation. This means that some customers and clients may have experienced a delay in receiving appointment reminders and billing documents. This issue was resolved on 8/3 at 2pm PST and automations have resumed their regular cadence and all delayed automations have been processed. Thank you all for your patience!
