Claim statuses not changing to paid
AnsweredI have some claims that say "Accepted" but I have received payment from the insurance company for the service, entered the payment, and attached it to the correct claim, but the claim is still only saying "Accepted" instead of "Paid." This is only happening to some claims and not all. There is no reason for it either as the same client will have other claims for the same insurance that say "Paid." Is there a way to manually adjust this? I'm assuming it is just a software glitch preventing the status from changing, but there is not option for me to change it myself.
