Client needs two separate accounts but only has one email addressAnswered
The client was seeing one independent contractor and is terminating services. This client wants to see another independent contractor in our office to see if it is a better fit and needs a separate EHR to send consents over etc. The system will not allow me to set up the account because the email address is "already in use". We are not sharing records or merging files at this time. I do not feel comfortable asking the client to obtain a second email address for us. Please advise.
Since the client would be required to use a different email address if you try to create a second file for them, I recommend either deleting the first client file, or removing the email address from the first client's file. You can delete the client's file by going to the client's Overview page > Edit > scroll down to the bottom right corner and click Delete this client.
