New team member not getting emails.

I have a team member who cannot receive emails from SimplePractice. Her email address is vianna@attunementcollective.com. Can someone please help with this asap?

I've made some changes so your team member should receive all emails from us going forward.
In addition, I recommend that your team member add the email address yourteam@simplepractice.com to their address book to ensure they receive all emails from us going forward. Email spam filters evolve and change over time, but if an email is in your address book, messages coming from that email address will always go through.
If you still need assistance with this, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can assist.
