Uploading Outcome Measurement Tools and Assessments

How can I upload exsting tools, e.g. PID-5 into my assessment library? The list of existing tools in the SP library is very limited!

  Hi Shannon,

  Currently it is not possible to upload an assessment and instead you will need to manually create this assessment template in your account. To do this, go to Settings > Notes and Forms > +Create New Template > select for Assessment.
