Client receives error message of "can't get access to your media" when trying to log on

I have a client who has been using the same computer and chrome website for months for appointments but received an error message today indicating "can't get access to your media" and all of her permission settings under media were set to the "allow" status. Please let me know how I can help my client regain access to the platform for sessions.
