Insurance payer code for ORDHS

Just spoke with Oregon DHS/OHA and they said to send claims to payer ORDHS. but there is not one in the system, I have tried 93975 and VMMHI and no luck. this payer has an address of P O Box 14955 Salem, OR 97309.
