Reminders after missed appointmentAnswered
Is there any way to have an automatic reminder (text or email) sent to a client after appointment is marked as a no show or late cancellation? My thought would be that it would remind the client they missed their appointment, and to reach out to reschedule. If this already a feature, how do I use it?
Currently this is not a feature and instead you will need to manually message the client to ask them to reschedule, however, I recommend adding it to our Ideas and Suggestions Board: https://feedback.simplepractice.com/
