Trouble accessing credit card information when created an individual account from couples account

    Hi Stacey,

    Once credit card information has been added to a clients account, it cannot be fully visible, nor does it transfer from the couples profile to the individual profile. If the client is having issues trying to add their credit card information to the individual profile, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
