I sometimes I negotiate different self-pay rates depending upon a client's ability to pay. I would like SP to create the ability for me to set the self-pay rate for an individual client. Right now, it always defaults to the fee that is set under the practice's fees for a particular CPT code. I have to note the negotiated rate in the Administrative Notes, and then change the default fee every time I bill for the session. If I could do this one time when I set the client to self-pay and then have it automatically populate it would be great.
