Supervision Signature

I would also like to know if there's a way to select which client records need a co-signature. I supervise a clinician for insurance purposes for only one of his clients, so I only need to sign that client's notes, but because I'm listed as his supervisor I get all his notes to sign. Can there be a way to distinguish which documents need me to sign and which don't?

As the origional poster, I still have this question. I am glad I am hearing others have the same problem as I thought it was a me issue. Hopefully we can get some guidance.

I submitted a request for them to add a filtering feature over a year ago, and they told me that it won't be added as a feature unless a very large number of users request it. It really does need that feature badly! I currently have (estimate) well over 1000 notes in that list for current clinicians (including fully licensed people who I don't need to co-sign for) and clinicians who don't even work here anymore. Some of the notes in that list go back to 4-5 years ago too! Our licensing board requires co-signatures, and this lack of attention to that list in SP makes the job very tedious and time consuming!!

My guess is that agencies go to a different EHR system secondary to this since SP is not meeting such need.
