Granting access to mom with multiple minors

I have a minor who is being seen by another clinician in the practice. When I try to grant access, it won't allow me to because her email address is already being used.

  Hi Lauren,

  In order to do this, you will need to add the contact for the mom to each minors profile. Instead of adding the mothers email to the minor client's file, you will need to remove the email, create a contact profile for the mom with the email, and then add the contact profile to as many clients as you need.
