Best practice for letting clients schedule online when booked out
Hello! I would like to allow new clients to book online BUT I stopped allowing this because there was no way for me to guarantee that there would be a subsequent availability once I saw the new client! For example, a new client would schedule themselves in a spot that opened up next week and then once I saw them I didn't have another availability for any follow ups for several months. I know I can disapprove their scheduling but when you are booked out a couple of months then I'd have to disapprove and reschedule for later every time someone scheduled! Please any ideas would really be welcome

No ideas except consider not allowing clients to book for the first appointment or make an exception if possible and expand your availability in these scenarios. I think its the clients responsibility to check the schedule and make sure what they are looking for makes sense when scheduling online, and is just one con (but there are many pros) of online scheduling.
