Multiple psych questionnaires and screenings

It would be really nice if simple practice allowed multiple screenings and questionnaires to be sent out. Other EHRs like Advanced MD and Athena Health allow multiple questionnaires such as PHQ-9 to be sent out, to be integrated into the note, and graphed. Simple Practice, please please please implement this feature.

  Hi Kira,

  Just to clarify, a form can be resent as many time as you would like once it have been completed each time it is sent. Otherwise, I recommend voting on this idea on our Ideas and Suggestions Board: https://feedback.simplepractice.com/
