3 Clients Text Reminders Undeliverable

I have had 4 clients in the past 2 weeks that have not received their text reminders. They have received text reminders previously and their phone numbers are still the same. They have been able to receive email reminders but not the text reminders.  I have looked at the Client Reports and seen that their text reminders were marked "Undeliverable." Other clients have not faced this issue. I am not sure what to do at this point.
