Same issue of blocked account, new hire can't loginAnswered
Hi! Our new staff member is not receiving her activation login email and this cannot access her account with simple practice. her email is working fine and there’s nothing in spam. There are questions like this posed on the forum, with the resolution being someone from simple practice unlocking some sort of block? I cannot find a solution I’m able to do myself in the forums. please assist.

Since this is not something that you are able to resolve on your own, I've made some changes so your team member should receive all emails from us going forward.
In addition, I recommend that your team member add the email address email@example.com to their address book to ensure they receive all emails from us going forward. Email spam filters evolve and change over time, but if an email is in your address book, messages coming from that email address will always go through.
