Adding Same Email Address
AnsweredI am trying to add a new client to SP and her son is currently receiving services. They have the same email address. Being that her email is in use, I cant send her the intake forms. Do you know of another way to get around this ?

I recommend adding the client as a contact in the son's profile, removing the email address from the son's profile and adding it to the contact's file, then creating a client from the contact profile. To create a client from a contact profile, go to the client's Overview page > Edit > Contacts > Manage > Convert to Individual Client.
