Existing Client
AnsweredHi, I am new to Simple Practice. At what point does a client become an existing client? I am testing out the system and I have some services only available for existing clients for scheduling, but it doesn't show those services for the client. The client has had appointments in the past with Simple Practice.

An existing client is any client who you have a file for in your account. If your clients are not seeing appointments to book after you have added your availability, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
