When booking online, clients are not being shown available appointments, except for a small window of time, 1-4PM.
AnsweredMy client showed me a screenshot of their patient portal. They were not shown appointments which are available. I have set up an accountant for myself so that I can get a sense of the clients' experience. When I logged in, I found the same restrictions.
I am concerned that clients who have tried to book online are coming across this same issue and giving up on me, and moving on to another therapist.
