I really don't want someone to "submit a request on [my] behalf" but I would like to know how to contact support there. I haven't been able to find any link for this anymore.
The reason I was looking for the contact information (at this time) was to share that I really don't like how some of the features that I most appreciated recently got messed up.
I need to reference the treatments plans regularly - not only for my clients, when I'm writing my own notes, but also for supervisees' clients that I am approving notes for, and I was loving how I was able to pull that up right by the notes for a hot minute. Now after being very temporarily 'spoiled' with that convenience, I am now highly aggravated by having to click through the documents to get to it. Over and over and over again.
The other feature I really appreciated was being able to click on the appointment box and see the client's phone number. Why are some of your best features getting messed up?
I had almost changed services when the price went up, because the billing is so problematic, but I actually stayed on precisely because of the appreciation for the new feature of having the treatment plan pull up next to the note.
Why are some of your best features getting messed up now?
And why is it so difficult to contact customer support? I have about three other issues that are more specific to client accounts and/or trouble with other features that I need to email about and no where I can find to do that. *super, super frustrated
