    Hi Laura,

    As we are migrating customers accounts over to our new billing enhancement, there will be a few mins where reporting is inaccurate while the migration takes place. Since the time that this was happening in your account is around the time that you wrote this post, I recommend checking your client's files again and if you do see the issue continuing, then you can create a Help Request to receive assistance.
