Issue with payouts

I have payouts scheduled for Fridays. I received the payout today but it is missing half of the patient sessions I charged Wednesday evening and all of the ones I charged on Thursday evening. I am confused as to why the payout included some of my Wednesday evening charges but not all of them, and none of my Thursday charges.

  If you are still having an issue with this, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can investigate this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
