Scheduling appointments on a specific monthly date or specific week and day of the month

Other calendaring apps let me schedule appointments on a particular monthly date OR on a specific week and day of the month. For instance, I need to schedule a client for a Wednesday 5PM appointment ONLY on the first and third weeks of the month. OR, I might need to schedule a client on the 25th of each month. This recurs over years potentially, so I don't want to manually enter these appointments because of the time it takes to do so and the increased possibility of making entry mistakes.
I know that this feature has been requested and that you've said that it's in development. This was close to a year ago now. What is your estimated time of delivery on this feature? Yours is the only calendaring system I have used that doesn't allow for this. It seems like a basic feature that a product manager would put on the feature list of a calendaring app that is billed as making practice management 'simple' for practitioners. Any useful update information?
