Every time I try to get help I get asked to fill out an email support form. I want to talk to a person at Simple Practice in real time. I do not understand why we pay money for a wonderful software but cannot get in touch with anyone. I finally got a number to call and after waiting on hold for over twenty minutes a person answered the phone and said they would submit the email support form for me. I do not need help sending a support form. I need to talk to a person. Any one else have this issue?
