    Hi Nicole,

    I see that you were able to get in touch via phone, however, the question that you asked requires our team to look into it which can't be completed within the timeframe of a phone call. Our team sent your request to be looked into so that they can offer you a resolution. If a question cannot be answered during a phone call by our Customer Success Team, then an email request needs to be made. Additionally, we also offer live chat support as another form of live support in order to get immediate assistance if you question warrants that.
