How to talk to a person at Simple Practice?
AnsweredEvery time I try to get help I get asked to fill out an email support form. I want to talk to a person at Simple Practice in real time. I do not understand why we pay money for a wonderful software but cannot get in touch with anyone. I finally got a number to call and after waiting on hold for over twenty minutes a person answered the phone and said they would submit the email support form for me. I do not need help sending a support form. I need to talk to a person. Any one else have this issue?

I see that you were able to get in touch via phone, however, the question that you asked requires our team to look into it which can't be completed within the timeframe of a phone call. Our team sent your request to be looked into so that they can offer you a resolution. If a question cannot be answered during a phone call by our Customer Success Team, then an email request needs to be made. Additionally, we also offer live chat support as another form of live support in order to get immediate assistance if you question warrants that.
