Video Lag
AnsweredAll week I have had constant and persistent video lag from my video. I have tried closing and restarting my browser and my computer. I have checked my internet connection and it has been consistently good. I have tried other meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, and Doxy) and they have worked flawlessly. The problem is with the Simple Practice platform. Please help.
