I see there was a payout which is showing up twice. I believe this means my client was charged twice. Can I please get someone to contact me to investigate and clarify further as I want to provide my client with clarity that this will not be a routine occurrence and obtain clarity for myself as to how I should proceed and if I need to refund the deducted amount to my client.
