Clients and I have been experiencing entire sessions with internet ALL of August and critical work is causing intense frustration for clients. I use telehealth with my therapist as well and she states the same in her caseload
I'm wondering if Simple Practice needs to up their server space for everyone as I checked my internet, and it was running at optimal speeds ie, 600 MBS and I had clients check theirs and we can determine it is a simple practice server issue. It is stating in our video that both sides are experiencing slow/weak connection when we are functioning well everywhere else.
