client canceling appointments through reminder text

    Hi Elieen,

    You can check the status of a client’s upcoming appointment from 3 different places: the appointment flyout window on the Calendar, the client’s Overview page, or the Daily Agenda Email. If you did not see this canceled appointment in any of these place, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can look into this.
