impossible to deleted a mistaken cash payment. I followed the directions that were given to me by "customer Support" and there was not delete button as promised. I need to talk to a live person to get this resolved
Answeredplease help. I mistakenly charge a balance due of 2,700.00 as cash. I do all my payments with credit card. There seems to be no way to delete the cash payment (which I didn't collect) and its completely confused my billing for this client. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AND HELP RESOLVE THIS???

I have gone ahead and created a Help Request on your behalf so that someone from our Customer Success team can follow up with you on this. Additionally, our only instructions for deleting a cash payment are to go to the client's Overview page > Billing > filter by Transactions > Edit next to the payment > Delete payment.
