I am asking this question because I have the same problem. The response to the question was based on Insurance Payments and not payments made by the client. My client paid for the Initial session but they paid more that what they were supposed to after the claim was processed. This is now showing as an Unallocated Amount but when I try to credit the amount toward other sessions it shows the entire Invoice is paid.
