Billing feature and connecting to drop down features
AnsweredSimplepractics is not allowing me to bill as I normally do. The appointments under a client are not shoing up and the dropdown meud to bill is not working. What is happening?

I have the same issue. I assume this is a glitch with the updates today. I hope this is addressed soon. A help person suggested it was about clearing my cache but that did not make a difference. I used the work around of going to the insurance tab and generating claims but that was very clunky.

Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
