ERAs CDPHP and BCBS not working

I have had continued issues with CDPHP and still currently not working. I am hoping that I resolved the BCBS last week. The regional office is associated with our payor code closed. I had to change my enrollment and assuming this will fix that one. 

Any advice on CDPHP would be appreciated.
