Simple Practice is showing a credit under "Outstanding balance" on my Dashboard, but when I follow the associated "View report" link, there are no credit details. Using the "Appointment status" report, there is no option to filter by "Credit" and no clients are listed when I filter by "Overpaid". (Note that the date range I'm using starts with the first day of the practice and ends with today. Also, we don't handle insurance for our clients.)
