    I would make him active again. I don't see any benefit to opening a new chart.

    Thanks for the feedback - my only question is whether or not we'll be able to send the new paperwork? We need new forms filled out. Will that be a problem? Also, client is a minor, so do we use the old parental contacts as well?

    Yes, you can send new paperwork. If you are in the client's overview page on the bottom right side look for Shared Documents. If there are any there that are not signed, click the x to get rid of them. Then click the Share New button. If the parent has not changed then, yes, keep them as the contact too.

    I am in this situation now and the client and parents signed legal paperwork during the previous episode of care that I now need them to sign again. How do I send them new forms to review and sign for this new episode of care?
